This was probably the best waxing experience I've ever had. I got my brows done by Kati after going about 2 whole months without doing anything to them ( no waxing, no tweezing, no eyebrow razors, no threading, NOTHING) so you can only imagine how bad they had gotten. I was extremely nervous and thought they were too outgrown to be saved. Kati was very reassuring that they weren't as bad as I thought and really calmed my nerves. She asked me how I wanted my brows to look and I am sooooo happy with the outcome I don't think I've ever had better brow!!

I was on vacation and wanted a facial. I came across Flagstaff Skincare’s website and they offer a variety of services. I scheduled a brow wax and an acne facial. My brows look perfect and I love that she didn’t remove too much. I’m in my 50’s and have had many peels and facials however, I have never received an acne facial. I’ve been dealing with breakouts and shared this with Hannah along with a ton of questions. To say the least she is EXCEPTIONAL. She answered all my questions and offered suggestions to manage my breakouts. Hannah was helpful, kind and I felt relaxed during my visit. I will be back to see her next time I’m in Flagstaff. Kati is amazing! Her lash lifts by far last the longest out of anywhere else I’ve gone, and she really takes her time and walks you through the process as she goes. It’s so clear that she uses quality products. She pays so much attention to detail, there isn’t anyone else I would trust with my lashes! I originally started going to Kati for waxing after my roommate gave her rave reviews, and she really manages to make the waxing experience as easy and painless as it could possibly be. I haven’t gone anywhere else since, I would absolutely recommend Kati to anyone!
